A combination of the Swedish Heart Failure Registry and other national Swedish registers. The data consists of 156,544 posts, whereof 90,383 unique patients, and 771,049 gender, year of birth and county of residence matched controls. First post in 2000-05-11 and last post in 2018-12-31 with complete end follow-up until 2019-12-31.
